After being told that the door would be in, no one would return our call after 4 separate call attempts and being told someone would call.

Checked previous reviews. On first contact with agency office staff were professional, competent, and knowledgeable. Tech called and sent a text prior to arrival introducing himself as John and advised of his arrival time within 45minutes to an hour. John was promptly on time, assessed the issue to install new garage door keypad. Programmed the new keypad and was finished with the install in 10 minutes . Paid with my Visa Debit card and John instantly provided me with an E receipt. I would Highly recommend John and Precision Garage for any Garage door needs.

I received excellent service from Brandon M. and Will G. in replacing my garage motor and other garage maintenance. Prior to their arrival, Brandon called to give me an estimated time of arrival. I was greeted well and I showed Brandon my concerns. He did an outstanding job in explaining the motor, the many parts to a garage, and the cost. After installation, Brandon and Will gave me an overview of my new motor ( which is now 10x quieter than the 17 year old motor that was replaced) and demonstrated the continuous maintenance of the springs, pins, and rollers. Please consider Brandon and Will upon request for their timeliness, skill, and overall professionalism. Precision Garage Door Service is the right choice!!
