Brandon Mills did a great job resolving our garage door issues. It was having trouble opening and closing and was getting to be fairly loud. We were very impressed by his professionalism. He came across as genuine, honest and knowledgeable. He did a good job explaining and showing to my wife and I what was worn out on the door and what was in great shape. In the end we needed new rollers and springs. Everything else was in great shape. Overall very happy with the experience and will call Precision Garage Door in the future when we have issues.

Justin did a great job installing my new opener after lightning fried the other one. He gave me a lot of choices when it came to choosing a new opener and did not try to sell me anything I did not want. He was fast with the installation and left everything neat and tidy when the job was complete.

Justin came and the situation was clear.....my 26 year old motor had died. He had everything with him to install a new motor and was very efficient at his work. I would request Justin should I have additional needs.....hopefully not to soon $$$

SCAM: Over charged and did not provide an itemized receipt which we requested. Seems like a scam since they charged 1100 for a 300-400 repair…. Yes repair didn’t replace it with a new one for that price.

Great experience, John came in saw the problem, gave us options and had us back up and running in no time at all.
