From start to finish they were extremely helpful! Daniel was great and very meticulous. He didn’t like how some of the molding looked which we didn’t notice at first and he redid it to make it look even better! He also communicated really well and was completely polite and professional! Would highly recommend Precision to anyone!

Justin was wonderful. He came exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem. We had to have the motor and chains replaced. He had it all done in less than an hour. And then he helped us get the new remote openers synched up. He was a delightful, helpful young man when we have to replace the actual door, we will use precision and ask for Justin!

YES YES and YES! Very professional from me contacting scheduler till job completed… they worked around my schedule and in constant contact! Jon Holbrook was very prompt, courteous and very customer focused. Thanks Jon! Although I don’t think I will need to contact them any time soon for the great repair with current quality parts etc…. He did give me his card if anything new or reoccurring were to happen! When it’s time that I want a new garage door I will not hesitate to contact them again. In fact just an hour after he left this evening I recommended Precision to someone who was looking for a recommendation on my NextDoor.com! Wonderful comprehensive model!!!

We had our garage door opener replaced by Precision Door about 2 months ago. Justin did a great job in ensuring proper installation, applied grease to rollers, and helped with the remotes, including the ones in the car and mobile phone. Garage door works great! Had to wait this long to do this review. The last door opener was replaced less than two years ago by someone else. Gave this person a five star rating immediately, and workmanship errors started showing up after a few months! Thanks Justin!

Justin was great! He called me when he was on his way, easily shared estimated cost before the work was done, arrived on time and in a marked truck and uniform, and replaced my garage keypad in minutes (literally I think he was at my home for ten minutes). When I called precision door, they were professional and able to see us the next business day. They gave me a two hour window of when they would show up. The professionalism and service was awesome and I will use them again.

Needed a quick repair and education on my new garage door and opener. Mike called ( as the rep said he would) and he was very professional and courteous. Has asked if it would be ok to come earlier than the set appointment time. Performed the repair, gave a quick tutorial and did it with a humble smile ( in spite of the heat) Confidence in his ability shown throughout while doing the job. I am very pleased.
