Mike H was very professional and knew his job very, very well.

Wiley Bullard

Mike H, the technician was very professional. He took his time and was very thorough. He explained everything he was doing and made recommendations on replacing worn parts. He listened to my concerns about the original springs not being strong enough for the door. Upon further investigation it was determined that the original springs was not strong enough. Most people would have replaced what was installed and left.

Mike H. Was absolutely amazing. Not only did he come and get my garage door fixed in no time, but also he was very nice and patient. He told me all of my options and what would be the best for my situation. This company did an amazing job, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a garage door fixed/repaired.

Today was my first time using Precision Door Company because apparently Overhead Door Company of Fayetteville has gone out of business. Mike H. was my technician and I also give him 5-stars! My schedule time was 8a-12p and he was right on time in the 8:00 hour. He was very pleasant, personable and professional. He completed the job in a very timely manner and I did not have wait around all day for him to show up. I recommend both Precision Door and Technician Mike H. Thank you both!

I hope to never have a garage door issue again but if I do I'm definitely calling precision garage door again. The tech Jon Holbrook was professional and knowledgeable. Nothing else other than what is expected when you call a professional company to do a job.

Called on Saturday to have my garage door opener/operator replaced. They were able to get a service tech out to me on Monday morning. Mike H. was great! He explained everything well and was able to get me an exact quote based on what I wanted/needed. Had my springs, rollers, and opener replaced and Mike was finished and out of the garage in an hour and a half. Very happy with Precision and Mike. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs garage work done. Just to throw this out there, I had my metal rollers replaced with nylon rollers and a chain-drive opener replaced with a belt-drive opener and wow, you can barely hear the garage anymore! It’s awesome! Thanks Precision!

Our appointment was between 4-8 and Richard was here at 4. He thoroughly explained the service he was going to perform and again after it was complete. He explained and assisted setting up the door ap. He just replaced the opener but greased all the joints and moving parts. I can't recall when the garage door operated as quiet as it is now.
