Blake came out as scheduled, went over the different levels of service with me. Explained what would be done at each level and the warranty. He worked professionally and completed the job. The 18' garage door sounds better then when it was new. Great job, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I'd recommend

called at 07:30, tech was here at 08:30. Diagnosed failure with 2 year old door (builder issue), repaired, upgraded, then checked other two doors and found similar problem with rail connection. Upgraded other two doors to prevent similar issue in future, serviced all three doors (lube, reset limits, adjusted chain tension). Only charged for basic service call. Tech was professional, efficient and committed to seeing the job done "right".

My garage door opener broke and instead of just selling me a new one the service technician took the time and showed me why it broke. He pointed out things that I haven't noticed myself that would have had me spending extra money more sooner than later on an old outdated door. He gave me options to repair it but it just wasn't worth wasting money on. He gave me 10 different options. So far I'm satisfied with the option we choose. To bad mine is a custom door and it had to be ordered.
