His expertise was evident as he replaced all the parts that were no longer working properly, doing so in an efficient manner. YES YES and YES! Very professional from me contacting scheduler till job completed… they worked around my schedule and in constant contact! Jon Holbrook was very prompt, courteous and very customer focused. Thanks Jon! Although I don’t think I will need to contact them any time soon for the great repair with current quality parts etc…. He did give me his card if anything new or reoccurring were to happen! When it’s time that I want a new garage door I will not hesitate to contact them again. In fact just an hour after he left this evening I recommended Precision to someone who was looking for a recommendation on my NextDoor.com! Wonderful comprehensive model!!!
