They were quick to respond and came over the same day for a consult and estimate for my broken garage door. Mike Hazell was thorough with his consult and took his time to explain what broke and how it could be fixed. I was surprised and happy to know that he could fix it immediately. Of course I thought something else had broken, but it was the springs. It cost more then I expected because of what the problem was, not because of there pricing. In the end, he fixed it super fast and now I can park in my garage before the winter comes.

Used in the past before covid and were very reasonable prices now prices are insane ! My fault for not doing research before the repair but needed the door fixed in a hurry. $95 diagnostic fee when I already knew what was wrong with the garage door just the cables were broken tech talked me into replacing the torsion springs . Door squeaks more ! But next time I will definitely will check with other places. Charged $324 for 1 spring lesson learned. Do not recommend! Talked me into adding a second spring even though the door has been working on 1 spring since the house was built in 2001

Precision Door Installed all 4 of my doors and I have very impressed with the installation and the service I have received when it was needed. It was early afternoon and I was coming in from outside, when I heard a loud noise. Living in Southern Pines, at first I thought it was live fire rounds coming from Ft. Bragg, but knowing the sound was too near to be artillery I realized it must of come from the garage. And sure enough, the garage door opener springs had snapped. Fortunately, I had Precision Doors contact information posted in the garage, so I gave them a call and within 30 minutes Mike was in the garage assessing the situation. And 2 hours after the incident the garage door springs and all the other worn parts were replaced, and the garage door was opening and closing perfectly. I appreciate their prompt service, but more than that, I appreciate Mike's concern and passion to do quality work. He also does an excellent job communicating clearly what the repair options are and their cost. Thank you Mike Hazel

I was glad to get my garage door serviced today. Been having a lot of squealing noises. Since I've had it installed less than 2 years ago. There's a separate fee to service the motor? Seems like you could make one fee for the entire visit to include everything!

Extremely quick response to servicing our garage. Mike was here in less than 18 hours from our call to fix our garage door. He was super knowledgeable and spoke to us in terms we could understand.
