While I was moving out of my old house my garage door spring decided that was a good time to snap. I called around and Precision Garage Door Service had the best response time and seemed to be pretty straight forward. Teddy Kress was the tech who did the repair, he was honest and upfront about what needed to be done vs what didn't need to be done, he didn't try to sell things that weren't needed which is always nice.

I scheduled my appointment on their website site. Appointment was set for between 2 and 6 pm. Technicians name is Teddy. He called at around 1:20. Said he would be at my house in 30 to 45 minutes. He arrived on time. I told him what I needed, he gave me three or four options with prices for each option. He explained each option very well and I chose the one that worked best for me. He replaced one motor and installed a new spring system with new rollers. He was very professional and did a great job. I am very pleased with the entire experience. It was a little pricey but being good isn’t cheap and being cheap isn’t good. I feel I got good value for the money I spent. I would recommend this company and I would certainly recommend this technician.

The spring broke on one of my garage doors. I called to make an appointment and they were very quick at sending Teddy the technician to my house. He was very professional. He explained the different types of springs/plans I could choose from. I previously had a spring break on my other garage door and used Precision in the past. They were extremely professional and fast. I haven't had any problems with the spring since it was installed. The only difference between this visit and my previous visit, a while ago, was the increase in price. However, I felt that was to be expected.

Very responsive in setting the appointment late on a Friday night. Appointment time confirmed Saturday and arrived as scheduled on a Sunday. Technician was very polite and communicated throughout his visit. Would absolutely recommend Percision to anyone.
