Made his inspection and gave us several different options for repair/replacement procedures. We agreed on a proposal and the work was completed in a couple of hours. Scotty Johnson was awesome. He was able to come out and fix my garage in only a hour. He explained what he was doing and what parts he was adding. He explained the warranty and everything to me. I was very happy with his service. I will definitely recommend this company and Scotty to anyone.

I forgot the name of the person who answered when I called your office but she was very professional and knowledgeable. Greg, the technician called me before the appointment and arrived within 10 minutes of his estimated time. Greg serviced my two garage doors and pointed out a couple of items I will need to address in the future. Garage doors are only 3-1/2 years old but maintenance is important in my view. I am comfortable knowing the maintenance has been performed and will call in the future when it's time to upgrade a few things.
