Precision Garage Door has implemented safe Coronavirus (COVID-19) protection practices effective immediately.

Precision Garage Door Service is ready and prepared, taking the necessary measures to provide safe service to our community. We are following the latest CDC guidelines for safety in your home and in our business. As an essential business, we are open for garage door repair, opener repair and replacement, as well as new door installation.

Here are just a few of the steps our employees are taking to limit the potential spread of the virus and to keep our customers safe:

  • Technicians are required to wear masks at all times and have been instructed to follow sanitary practices before, during, and after each home visit.
  • Each of our vehicles is equipped with disposable gloves, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant to safely and effectively clean commonly accessed surfaces.
  • We have asked all technicians to refrain from shaking hands with our customers and to maintain a respectful distance during their visit. Communication in person should be no closer than 6 feet.

Most importantly, we've asked all our employees to stay home if they are showing any cold or flu symptoms. Our goal is to successfully fix your garage door, and if we work safely together, we can accomplish this.

If you have any questions or would like to further discuss, please do not hesitate to contact us.
